Molly leaned against the tower edge and looked down. It was break and Molly was waiting for people to leave the building. She was completely bored and took the time to fill up water balloons that were bewitched to dye the people attacked to turn different colors. The girl bit her lip while she waited impatiently. She wasn’t one to think things through and sadly enough she had more time than expected. Molly finally saw a couple of people, the signaled her and bam, she let go of the strings holding the net she had set up, and all the balloons were let loose. The blonde then giggled and left the tower before anyone could realize what had happened.
The blonde was soon walking the staircases, bored once again. “Why can’t it be winter?” she asked no one in particular. The girl was craving the snow and hot cocoa as well as the gifts. She wasn’t too happy about this year and spending majority of her time in a book trying to fill her head of various things that had everything and absolutely nothing to do with what she wanted to become. But alas Molly got no choices here in Hogwarts, she was just here and like any other student, forced to learn until the unpleasant feeling of an expected explosion was about to occur.
She finally left the castle after getting down the stairs. Colors decorated the steps and Molly grinned. She ran a hand through her blonde hair. Molly needed something fun to do, so of course, she headed towards the forest. Molly past the first few trees and kept her eye open for anything.

it was becoming that time of year again. simon was not a winter person. he enjoyed snow for the first snowfall, and then after two or three days of it, he wanted it gone. but right now was the absolutely worst, when it was cold outside but the grass was still green. at least snow gave him something to do. the chilly wind and the fact that he could see his breath just did not make him happy. no one was attractive in a winter coat. not to mention the fact that he would have to wear a hat to keep his ears warm, thus destroying the fabulous hair that he spent so much time perfecting. in short, winter absolutely sucked.
however, today he had ventured out into the cold. why? because the castle felt incredibly stuffy, and he was bored. he was rather dressed up, a fuzzy hat on his head, his heaviest muggle clothing underneath his heaviest robes and some boots that made his walking awkward and difficult, but at least he was warm. he had spent the day wandering the grounds, occasionally stopping to chat with a friend or two, but everyone seemed to be busy today. well, christmas was coming and the professors liked to dump homework on them before they went home for the holidays. he supposed that if he gave a rats ass about his grades, he probably would have been stressing out and busy too. but he already had his job at kendall industries waiting for him when he graduated, and he was happy with that. he would make the company even better, with his magic. maybe he'd even start a wizard robe line. hm...that was an interesting idea. he'd have to bring that up to his mother when he went home for summer vacation. he never went home for christmas. his mother was always gone for sixteen hours a day, working and his father travelled often. he and his sister just stayed at hogwarts.
that had been his day. wandering and thinking about whatever came to mind. it was fairly boring, and eventually he grew tired of it. so, he headed to the forest, sure that there would be something interesting in there. he visited the grounds quite often, as it was a good way to get into hogsmeade if you were fearless and didn't mind some freaky creatures looking at you. they wouldn't dare eat a student, they knew the rules, so they left him alone. it was quite useful. soon, he found the tree he had picked out during his first year and climbed, sitting like an expert on a tree limb. he came here a lot growing up, to escape the castle or just to have some quiet. even though he was insanely outgoing and crazy, even he got tired of people sometimes. and it was a nice place to write, the one thing he didn't mind doing that cause him to think. he even had a journal.
he had been there for about half an hour or so when he heard the light footsteps approaching. he hopped down, landing almost directly in front of the person, who-after a moment of just staring-he found to be a rather pretty blonde girl. "hey there."

Molly was having fun exploring the forest, even though she knew it quite well, but that never stopped her. She always found something new, or something familiar from a previous year. She was actually admiring a rather small speicies of wild roses when out of nowhere someone popped out of the tree. Now being in the magical world, most things should not scare Molly, especially her family being Weasleys. And then not to mention she had thrown herself into the forbidden forest. But this boy coming out of nowhere, just caught her off guard. Like any other instinct she had, she let out a small gasp. The blonde moved back a bit with a hand where her heart is.
That was when Molly realized it was a student a few years older than her. Actually a particular student in her house. “Bloody hell!” she yelled at him breathing hard. Now Weasleys were a bit known for their temper, and Molly getting scared out of her witts hit her temper button. She took a couple of breathes and shook her head at the guy. “That is not a way to present yourself!.” She smoothed out her hair and then her shirt, before lightly hitting him in the chest, “Especially in the forest. Heavens you are insane.” That little comment triggered a name in her head and bam, she knew who he was. He was one of the crazy and wild Gryffindors, an older and male version of herself.
Molly watched him with her blue eyes. “Oh man, you looked stuffed.” She began to laugh. It was quite a lot compared to what she was wearing. Her body was dressed in a pair of black slacks, a blue long sleeve shirt, her house scarf and of course her winter blue robe. She was wearing incredibly less than him. Molly had clothes on that were bewitched, which was probably why she didn’t need to wear as much as him. She ran a hand through her blonde waves. “Sorry.” She said finally settling down from laughing. He must have some muggle blood, it was obvious.
Her blue eyes finally went on his eyes and she gave him a sweet smile. He scared her, she laughed at him, they were even. “I’m Molly by the way love.” She told him as she pulled out her hand from her pocket it and held it out to him. The girl was a sweetheart. She may have been mad but Molly didn’t stay that way from long, she sort of let it go.

simon couldn't help grinning sheepishly when the girl yelled out. he hadn't meant to scare her, in fact he was supposed to drop down when she was a few feet away still. he had taken to long getting down, or maybe he had miscalculated how far she had been, but either way he hadn't meant to scare her. "sorry about that" he said, pushing the sunglasses that shielded his eyes so they sat on top of his hat. the one good thing about winter was that the coldest days were often the sunny ones, which meant he got to show off his kendall sunglasses wherever he went. pretty much everything, besides his wizards robes, were kendall. he had to advertise the company that he would own one day, after all.
his grin didn't wipe away when she began to lecture him, although it went from friendly to sheepish. the entire time she was speaking, all he had been doing was studying her. he hadn't meant to, but she was quite pretty. blonde wavy hair that reached past her shoulders, red lips and a slender frame. not to mention the blue robes she was wearing looked pretty damn fine on her. "yes ma'am" he said, bowing his head as though he was ashamed. "never again." she reached out and hit him lightly, a touch he didn't even feel under all the layers he was wearing. "hey, hey. don't we have to get married before you abuse me?" he said without thinking. he was so used to joking around with friends that he didn't realize that it was a bit of an awkward statement to say to someone you had just met.
simon could feel his cheeks heating up slightly when she commented on all the clothes. he was sure he probably looked terrible right now, his hair covered by the ridiculous hat, the clothing covering every inch of his body. he had only left his face uncovered. which, of course, she was going to be able to see turning red. god, winter sucked. "well, the only other option was to freeze. which i was not about to do." he said, looking at the clothes she was wearing. she must have been freezing! "but i think i look damn good all dressed up for the cold." he said, but the sentence didn't come off as normal as they did most of the time. the nerdiness of what he was wearing was throwing off his game. of course he would meet a pretty girl today, of all days.
he put on a face, as if he was angry with her for laughing at him even though he would probably be doubled over if he saw someone dressed up like him. "not accepted" he said, before offering a slight smile to let her know he wasn't serious. the name she gave was familiar, a weasley. but weren't they all redheads, with freckles? besides the ones that had veela blood, but this one didn't. maybe she took after her mother? "simon abercrombie, pleased to make your acquaintance, gorgeous." he replied. if she hadn't added the love to the end of her sentence, he probably would have just replied with his name. but hey, she was giving him hope. he pulled the black glove that was on his hand off before taking hers for a quick shake. her hand felt like it was burning against his freezing one. "what brings you to the forest?"
[[ugh sorry. my muse died.]]
