I think civil would be a good way to put it. Dylan can definitely be overwhelming. I think for these two it would be good to say that they are acquaintances and not really in the friend category at all, but not ones to fight.

okay so Bella is Brielle's bestest friend ever! anyways I think she would definately approve of him and Bella. Maybe they are also good friends through Bella. Bri would like how he doesn't care what others think and would definately respect that. I think they could definately be good friends.

Dylan's approved, huzzah! Anyways yeah I can see them being pretty could friends. They'd also know each other through being prefects and what not so I think they would be pretty set.
