HAIR: Straight, light blonde and down to just below her shoulders. Sometimes, she likes to curl it, or tease it but mostly she keeps it tied up in a ponytail. For most of her sixth year, she had brunette lowlights, but she got rid of them during the summer.
EYES: Dark brown, almond shaped.
BODY AND HEIGHT: She's skinny and petite, and she's not that okay with it. She likes to go running sometimes, because she's constantly fearing she'll gain weight, because no matter how thin she is, she isn't thin enough. She's about five feet, four inches tall.
DISTINCT MARKINGS: Both her ears are double pierced, she has a butterfly tattoo on her shoulder, right above her collar bone and she has another which says "Fighters never quit" which wraps around her ankle.
CLOTHING/STYLE: Kenzie absolutely loves to dress up and it's one of her favorite hobbies: to shop. She loves to buy new clothes, try out casual styles and mix and match. On an everyday basis after school hours or on weekends, you'd probably find her wearing a nice, summery dress or jeans with a cute t-shirt and boots. On one day she wears a girly, pink dress with a shrug and ballet flats, and the next day she might be wearing a pullover, with jeans and combat boots. She's always experimenting with different styles and labels and loves to give herself makeovers.
ANYTHING ELSE:
Kenzie adores animals and plants and greenery. Which is why she has two pets, a barn owl named Jorje and a kitten named Selene, which stays with her parents because she wasn't allowed to bring it to Hogwarts. But sometimes her dad keeps her in his office so she can see her after class and play with her (since her dad is the Herbology professor)

- Chocolate cookies - These are her guilty pleasure and she tries to limit her intake of them by eating them only when she visits her home during the vacations, because once she starts eating them, she has a tough time wanting to stop. Her mother, in her opinion, makes the best ones in the world and if she didn't have the ability to put on weight, she'd live on them.
- New clothes - Kenzie is very particular about how people perceive her, not to mention, she hates the idea of looking messy or frumpy or worse, fat. So she tries her best to put together new styles and looks and now it's become more of an interesting hobby rather than a compulsion.
- Plants and Animals - Kenzie is a huge nature lover, even though most people who see her love for clothes and shopping think she's a plastic gal. She's into gardening and usually spends a lot of time near the greenhouses, assisting her father with projects, or over at a pet store, playing with the baby animals.
- The rainy season - She adores the monsoon season, the feel of the rain, the smell of the earth and everything about sitting on a windowsill and watching the water pour down and trying to catch raindrops. She loves the season more than any.
- Sleeping in - If it were up to her, Kenzie would have the school start at eleven because the one thing the girl loves is to just snuggle in and stay in bed for much longer than daybreak.
- Singing - Kenzie secretly loves to sing, both muggle songs and wizard music, but she's too insecure to go ahead and try it out. So she usually sticks to bathroom singing.
DISLIKES:
- Broccoli - Kenzie hates the vegetable with a vengeance, ever since she got food poisoning after eating is a kid. The sight of it alone makes her nauseous.
- Muggle vehicles - As interesting and pretty as they are, cars and bikes scare the crap out of her. She's always scared of crossing the road and accidentally getting hit by these large, mechanical brooms which can't even fly, really.
- Funerals - She can't stand funerals, because apart from the obvious reasons - she knows this sounds selfish and insensitive - but she hates wearing the color black. It makes her look thin but also makes her look sick and pasty and she hates wearing it, so she hates funerals.
- Charm class - She's horrible at Charms and nearly fails it every year. Her father tells her she got it from him but she doesn't care because she wants to drop the subject as if it were made of hot metal.
- Gold jewelry - She loves accessories to go with her clothes, but she thinks gold jewelry looks cheap and trashy and wouldn't be caught dead wearing it.
STRENGTHS:
- Commitment - Kenzie is a highly committed worker, so once she makes a promise or vows to do something, she doesn't back down later even if she wants to. In her eyes, a promise is a promise. Consequently, she doesn't make many promises.
- Loyalty - She was brought up by war veterans who taught her the meaning and integrity of being loyal and she's ingrained it in every aspect of her life, even the small things like which quidditch team she supports or which brand of food she eats (when she does).
- Honesty - Kenzie is a very honest person, and doesn't hesitate to give her opinion. She'd rather be brutally honest than lie about anything, which is why she doesn't think a lot before she opens her mouth.
- Family - her family and loved ones are her biggest strength and their encouragement means a lot to her, and always keeps her going.
WEAKNESSES:
- Confidence - Kenzie is very, very insecure, to the point of absurdity. If she sees two people talking and laughing about something, she automatically assumes they're talking about her. If people look in her direction, she freezes because she thinks they're judging her looks. If she has a boyfriend, she automatically assumes she's not good enough for him and he's looking for something new. She doesn't have a very high opinion of herself at all.
- Punctuality - She's always late, be it for class or meetings or handing in assignments. She doesn't really understand the importance of punctuality since she's easily distracted and gets late.
- Anorexia Nervosa - A disease she borderline suffers from, she thinks it makes her look beautiful and skinny, but it's really bringing down her health, confidence as well as mental happiness.
- Family - As much as they are her strength, her family and friends are equally her weakness since she'd do just about anything for them, or to protect them.
PRIORITIES:
- Herbology and Care of Magical Creatures - seems like one of the most boring subjects to a lot of students, but they're her favorite subjects and she makes it a point to revise notes and projects every night because she can't get anything less than an 'O' in them.
- Her looks - Her looks her one of her main priorities, and Kenzie is very religious about it. She has a schedule of what to eat when and she hardly ever strays from it, even though most portions are very small. At first it was difficult for her to eat less, but now her regular appetite has reduced a lot.
- Family and friends - People she loves are one of her biggest priorities and if they're in need of her help she won't hesitate to leave anything behind and get to them. She can't leave any of her loved ones in need and not go to them.
BOGGART:
- Abandonment - Her biggest fear is being left behind, or being left alone or being told she's being left for something better. She wants to be the best at everything so that she's the one everybody wants because loneliness is her biggest fear.
- Bring stuck - Like, her shoe laces being tied too tight, her shirt buttoned up too tight, a jammed door handle, a zipper which refuses to budge. It's all connected to her worst memory, but whenever she tries to move anything and it doesn't, it freaks the hell out of her.
- Darkness - She's deathly afraid of the dark and if she doesn't sleep with a nightlight, she'd have nightmares every time she sleeps. She can't handle the void and the unknown when the lights go off.
ERISED: One of her greatest desires is to find somebody to love her and want her and be with her forever, no matter how she is. To be accepted for the person she is, is something she wants very badly.
VERITASERUM: She secretly loves being anorexic because the idea of anything helping her become thinner is a good thing. She doesn't see her lack of appetite and ability to go without food as a disease, but as a gift.
PATRONUS: Lioness - Her best memory is when she was in her second year. She'd stayed back after class to help her father with one of the more vicious plants he was using for the fourth year project and she'd pulled through and helped, despite the difficulty level. Her father had told her he'd never been more proud of her and was glad to call her his daughter. She'd never felt happier.
PENSIEVE: When Kenzie was seven years old, she'd had a fight with her mum about something stupid and decided to get a breath of fresh air by going up to the terrace of the Leaky Cauldron. It over looked one of the railway lines of the local trains and she'd decided to be daring and cross it, since there was nobody in sight. As she was crossing over, her shoe lace got stuck in one of the tracks crossing over and no matter what she did, she couldn't move. She tried her best, crying at this point because she could distinctly hear a train approaching and at the last minute, when she thought she was done for, she did accidental magic and managed to free herself. She didn't tell anybody about it, but it's why she now has a fear of things getting stuck or muggle means of transport.
PERSONALITY OVERVIEW: Kenzie works rather well with people, but sometimes her honesty and insecurities get in the way. She loves to make new friends and meet new people, but her fear of what they think of her get in the way and people thinks she's being cold, or rude or shy by not talking to them much. She's more of an observer, than a participant and usually stays on the sidelines, observing what's happening before stepping into it.
She loves to go to parties and have a great time, maybe even get wasted but sometimes, she prefers alone time. On one weekend, the only thing on her mind is booze and clubbing, and on another she'd hex her friends if they tried to drag her away from the book she's reading, or the new plant she's growing. She's a very self absorbed person, concentrating on what she wants to do first. But adversely, once she's gotten what she wants, she alters her reactions to please other people. She's actually just a huge contradiction, selfish, narcissistic and honest, but shy, people pleasing and insecure.
She's also very flirtateous, and loves the attentions she gets from boys. She's flattered when a guy shows attentions and usually flirts back, making sure not to sound too desperate or needy, while sounding equally interesting. She can get a little demanding and possessive when she has a boyfriend, acting selfish and insecure. But she when she loves, she really loves and she hates having a broken heart.
She's actually very responsible in nature and would make a good leader if she could just improve her sense of timing. She also has a tendency of trying to escape from her problems. If anything seems imperfect to her, instead of fixing it, she'll turn her back to it because she feels like if she can forget it, then it's non existent. That is probably the reason she started running on athletic tracks and around her home from a young age, until she saw it as exercise to lose weight.

MOTHER: Hannah Abbott, Pureblood, 41, Leaky Cauldron Landlady
SIBLINGS: None
OTHER FAMILY: Augusta Longbottom - great grandmother
Frank Longbottom - Grandfather
Alice Longbottom - Grandmother
SOCIO-ECONOMIC STATUS: If it were solely her parents' income she'd be a Middle class, but her father has a trust fund for himself and her which runs in the family, so Upper Middle Class.
HISTORY OVERVIEW: Mackenzie Alice was born on a cold winter morning in January to a loving and doting set of parents in St.Mungo's and the first thing she did after crying and getting cleaned up was wrap her fingers around her father's pinky finger. It was some sort of sign for her to follow in his footsteps, which she did, always looking up to him and following him around. Through out her childhood, as much as she loved both her parents, she fought a lot with her mum and stayed closer to her father. Her mum said up, she said down, her mum said black, she said white. They never agreed on anything, and one of their nasty fights almost got Kenzie killed by a train when she ran away, but she never told anybody about it.
She got her Hogwarts letter, and when she went on the train, one of the nastier first years, who was from an ex-Death Eater family laughed at her because she was pudgy Neville Longbottom's kid. It was probably something they heard from their parents and she defended her father, but it didn't do much for her own self esteem. As much as she put up a front about how much she didn't care what people said about her, she was always listening in whenever her name was so much as mentioned.
In school, her favorite subjects were Herbology and Care of Magical Creatures, something else she got teased for, but she tried to ignore. But all her "ignorance" towards people's opinions always drove backwards. Even though she spent a lot of time with the Potters and Weasleys, who were family friends, and who didn't care what people said, she always felt low. By the time she was old enough to care about popularity, boys and drama, her insecurity was pronounced enough to affect her opinion on her looks.
By the end of her fourth year, she was barely eating, always breaking down her food during the meal times to make it look like she was eating. Her stomach would hurt from lack of food, but she pushed herself, conditioned herself until her body gave in and got used to it. Not many noticed and if they did, they didn't say much. She saw it as a triumph when she dropped kilos, but it wasn't enough. She started running and exercising as well, not listening when somebody said she was getting skinny.
At the same time, around the summer after her OWLs, she developed a huge crush on her classmate and friend, James Potter, whom she'd practically grown up with. But her insecurities prevented her from going after him. It took a while but they started dating and she slowly fell in love with him over the first month of their sixth year. Halfway through, they were one of the most solid couples around.
But once again, she let her poisonous thoughts get in the way. She put up a strong, selfish front but inside she was so scared James was cheating on her, until one day she lost her head and broke up with him, too scared to wait for him to actually leave her. Her ego obviously didn't get her anything, because now she pretends to hate him although she's still obviously hurt and heart broken. She tries her best to ignore him though, or be rude to him, and even though she's halfway through her seventh year, she isn't really over him, even if she had convinced herself she is.

Her barely there look of acknowledgement did little for his already inflated ego, but he didn't have anything to say to it. He'd never been one to take a personal blow when somebody thought low of him because frankly that didn't change his opinion about himself. He was the opposite of insecure, multiplied be ten. He didn't feel the need to please people at all, given the fact that he never allowed himself to get close enough to anybody who he would want to or need to please. He could see her struggling with her thoughts, no doubt about him and he couldn't help but smirk while furrowing his brows a little bit. "Oh don't pout, Chaucer," he said, shaking his head back at her. He had to let her know that her ice queen get up - the opposite to the one he'd first met - was doing nothing to him at all. "I rocked your little teenage world, and you know it," he said.
What he enjoyed the most was her discomfort. Call him a sadist but a part of him reveled in the fact that after all these years he still had some sort of effect on her. Now, if he was a decent person he'd hate himself for ruining her first chance at romance, especially since he'd cheated on her and unceremoniously broken the fact to her too, but he wasn't claiming to be a decent person, now was he?
His gaze openly checked her out as she staggered back and he automatically walked closer. He supposed he should apologize for what he did but the disgusted look on her face told him she wouldn't accept in a million years, so waste his breath? "Oh, please, Gloria. I'm not going to give you advice on moving on or any of that rubbish. It's not my problem if you think I care enough to give you advice," he spat. His eyes automatically darkened at her mention of his family and whatever sense of politeness he had went out the window. He'd dated her back when his father had died, when he didn't know much happiness since his life was a downward spiral and his family was falling apart. He stepped closer, his voice a deadly whisper as his eyes flashed. "No, as far as I remember, any moaning I did was the names of those girls who I had wrapped around my waist while you were waiting for me to come back home to you. Did I tell you, they were so much better?" he spat back.
He matched her cold gaze with his own, not bothering to back down. If she thought she was going to hurt him by pulling off his polite front then she was very very wrong. She'd only managed to piss him off and a pissed off Niall Anglesey wasn't the best company to have.
"Really? How nice," he deadpanned. "Because if I'm not wrong, you weren't the one sleeping with trash," he said, giving her a lewd glance as if she was nothing but a common prostitute. "Oh, you mean the one you were so jealous of? No, I work at Gringotts now, but I'm sure you already knew that. Couldn't get rid of your stalker-ish tendencies, obviously," he stated.
