"well my name is celia and i'm fifteen years old. i was born to ariadne pucey and lucien selwyn and i was their second daughter. although i did not know it at the time, i wasn't planned nor was i welcome. apparently my dad had forced himself upon my mother after his return from askaban. and how do i know this? well, i just assumed it. i had never seen my parents show each other much affection. i'm surprised they even ended up together. anyways, my dad was abusive. i usually stayed out of his way but i never had much luck. my mother died when i was seven years old. my older sister, darla, told me later on that my father had killed her. though i loved my mother, i never shed a tear. i've never been much to show much emotion.

anyways, darla and i were raised by our grandmother and she was the one that taught me that our blood was better than anyone elses. why else would we be called purebloods, and those muggle born people mudbloods. even our label sounded better. i entered hogwarts when i was eleven years old and i'm proud to say i'm a slytherin. i would have been happy to say that i was welcome into slytherin by my sisters, but she had been classified as a ravenclaw a year prior. still, i love my sister dearly though i do wish she would share my beliefs. my personality? well i'm intelligent, confident, and i'm not a rulebreaker. that's probably one of the reasons why they named me prefect, just like my sister. so yeah thats pretty much all you have to know about me"

even though celia considers herself to be confident, in really she just believes that she's better than everyone else. in celia's eyes, every person that is a pureblood is better than everyone else. while she might not be courteous to muggle borns, she's fine with half-bloods. you will mostly see her associate with pureblood slytherins and maybe a few ravenclaws for her sister's sake. other than that, celia can be a bit picky in who her friends are. celia is spoiled to say the least. she enjoys getting her ways and will do anything to get it. celia isn't afraid to step on a few toes to get to the top. fortunately for others, she doesn't really have to do that. things come naturally for her, probably because of her looks or because people are afraid of her.

celia is stubborn as hell. in her eyes, she's always right and if someone proves her wrong, well good luck! no matter how many people try to change her mind, lia doesn't listen. she hates being wrong more than she hates muggle born people. celia is naturally smart thanks to her photogenic memory. she is slightly jealous of her sister because she's still smarter than the youngest selwyn girl. many people believe that celia is a sweet girl because of her face, but they are always sadly mistaken. she has her sweet moments, as rare as they come, which are usually reserved for her sister or her super close friends. and of course the boys that are able to weave their way into her life. celia is picky but when she falls, she falls hard.

celia is a big romantic. she never knew love in her life though so she is still naive as to what love is.
