Mornings; they were a nightmare sometimes! Everyone would be in a rush to get to the great hall to fill their stomachs full of toast. Most people ate toast in the morning, why? It was quick and easy, and you could even eat it on the go. Sometimes Addison would have a huge breakfast with bacon, sausage, egg, etc. Full English was defiantly his favourite breakfast, but toast was more convenient for him, since he was always in a rush. It was a busy Tuesday morning, and judging by his friends fool moods it looked like he had Charms first, a lesson they all dreaded but thought it was necessary to do. Addison slung his bag on his shoulder and gave his friends a depressed look, “Time for charms boys,” There was a groan from one of the boys and Addison chuckled and then stated he’d meet them there as he wanted to grab a slice of toast before continuing his adventure in Charms.
They all walked down the stairs together and parted near the classroom before Addison continued down toward the great hall. The great thing about being a seventh year was defiantly that most people knew of your existences and respected you, especially if you were a prefect which Addison was. Addison Thomas was the oldest child of Dean and Lavender Thomas, and everyone knew the Thomas’s. Dean use to tell his children about their days at Hogwarts and Addison defiantly found it fascinating hearing about the dark times when his father was in his seventh year. Walking into the great hall he planted his bag down on the floor by the Gryffindor table and grabbed a piece of toast that was covered in butter, and took a medium sized bite and gazed around the hall.

Roxie walked down to the Great Hall. She was weirdly awake at this ungodly hour. It was weird, she normally wasn't awake. If the sun wasn't up then she definately shouldn't be up. Those were her wise words of wisdom. But of course she had the bed which was right by the window. So when there was sun, it somehow managed to creak through the curtain right into her eyes. Talk about a rude awakening. So she had been up for a while and decided to get ready as silently as she could. She grabbed her wand and walked out of the Gryffindor Common Room. It was so quiet in the school that Roxie didn't like it. It felt eerie, like someone was going to jump out and attack her. But yet she enjoyed the peace and tranquility at the same time.
She walked into the Great Hall. Usually students had toast for breakfast. The mere reason of being in a rush. Rox saw no point in doing so. She wasn't going to stuff toast down her throat just so she could make it to class on time. She wanted to enjoy her breakfast. After all it was the most important meal of the day and how else would she get her energy to not pay attention in class? She smirked as she grabbed some scrambled eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, and 2 sausages. She grabbed a glass of milk and started to scan the room for someone to sit with. Now this was a healthy breakfast.
She smiled upon noticing Addison, one of her good friends. She smirked as she walked and took a seat across from him. "Wow, what a beautiful view in the morning. I get to watch the one and only Addison Thomas eat his toast. What a great way to start off the day." she said with a smirk and a chuckle. She took a sip from her milk and placed it in front of has as she started to dive into her eggs. "Please tell me you are going to eat more than that. You are making me starve just watching you." she stated with a smirk even though she wasn't kidding. He really should eat more.

Toast was just something Addison could eat anytime of the day, over and over again. Soaked in butter, any sort of spread on type, oh yes, it was the perfect food. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, anytime and anywhere. Addison was the oldest sibling in the Thomas family and had a little sister and a little brother. He loved his family a lot and every morning when he was back at home he’d have a full English breakfast with them, rather than munch on toast as his mother would complain on how he should eat more, rather than eat toast all the time. Oh how he loved toast. Taking another bite of his toast he looked around at the other tables which were near enough empty, people were probably at class or still in bed. That’s where Addison should be anyway, he should be in class but he found himself munching on toast.
It wasn’t long until someone decided to keep Mr Thomas company and that was none other than Roxanne Weasley who was also in Gryffindor. Addison smiled and carried on eating his toast. Roxanna and Addison were pretty good friends, both in the same house and on the quidditch team. They did flirt now and again but that was fine, most friends flirted now and again. “It’s a privalage! I don’t let any old person sit in front of me and watch me eat my toast, soaked in butter!” Addison smiled and took a bite of his toast. Addison shook his head and smiled, “I plan on eating toast, and only toast.”

Roxie smiled at his response. "Then I guess I consider myself lucky." she replied teasingly to Addison. Most girls would see this as flirting. And it was, but it wasn't anything new or special. Roxie basically flirted with all her friends so it wasn't like it was big enough to alarm the media or anything. Did she have a crush on Addison? No, she didn't have a crush on anyone. If she did she denied it with all her strength in fear of pain and rejection as a response of it. Of course she would never let anyone know this was the source of her flirting. They would surely see it as dumb and try to talk sense into her. They just wouldn't understand, no one would. Which was why she had to hide it no matter what happened.
Rox chuckled and shook her head amused at the older boy and his need for toast. "Okay, you enjoy your buttered up toast while I have this nice and unique breakfast. You just be a follower." she said as she took a bite of one of her strips of bacon. She wasn't going to gulp it all down to get to class on time either. She always made it right as it began anyways. So why not enjoy a nice and healthy breakfast leisurely? As she skimmed around the room she noticed the other girls eating far less than her. Seems like she would win for the biggest appetite.
"So, you excited for Quidditch to start up? I don't know about you, but I believe that Gryffindor is so going to win the cup this year." she said with a smile being her usual competitive self. She always competed over Quidditch with everyone. It was one thing she actually could compete with. She didn't have the best grades so school wasn't an option. Then there were those silly little competitions.

Addison was pretty friendly with everyone; there was no reason for him to take a sudden dislike to someone just because of their house status. Sure there was plenty of quidditch rivalry in the houses but it was friendly, unless it was the Slytherin team, they hated the other houses and Addison usually found himself hating the entire Slytherin team. They were typical Slytherin’s, the type that could be considered old fashion. The type who hated other houses, judge by blood status and considered muggle borns a disease. He had a range of friend, usually in Gryffindor but he had friends in the other houses too, not so much in Slytherin. If a Slytherin liked him, fair enough, but if they didn’t like him then the feeling became mutual in a way. Taking a bite of his toast he smiled slightly at Roxanne Weasley. The Thomas’s and Weasley had gone back a while, considering Dean was once really good friends with Ron Weasley.
“Oh yes, consider yourself lucky Miss Weasley, I am very popular and everyone left, right and centre would die to sit with me and observe me, eating toast.” Obviously he was joking he wasn’t that popular, only a little bit but not a lot. He grinned like a child and carried on eating his toasted white bread that was soaked with butter. When he was a child he hated bread and the thought of eating your crusts and then your hair would go curly was terrifying for Addison as a child. After finishing his toast he grabbed another piece and bit into it, but it didn’t taste as good as the first bit did. “Toast is an amazing food. You can toast it, you can make it into a sandwich, you can put it in pudding and you can feed animals with it! What’s not to love?” You could say Addison was in love with toast, that was an understatement.
When Roxanne mentioned quidditch he instantly smiled and nodded, “Defiantly. Quidditch will be amazing this year, simply because we will win and everyone else will be a loser.” Immature, that was Addison all over but he did enjoy beating Slytherin and seeing their faces afterwards. Priceless.

Roxie smirked as he called himself very popular and how everyone would die to be in her place. "You are forgetting one tiny little detail." she said with a smile as she took a sip from her milk and crossed her legs. "I am the queen of this place. people would seriously die just to be talking to me. So you consider yourself also lucky Mr. popular." she replied back mockingly with a small laugh. She was only joking of course. She wasn't that arrogant. And not that many people liked her. But she was known, or at least she believed she was. She certainly didn't have a huge prankster title like her father. But she was still a prankster.
She saw him get another piece of buttered toast. She rolled her eyes amused as she took a bite of some of her eggs. They were scrambled. She could never eat the yolks of hardboiled eggs as a child. She found them absolutely disgusting, the taste and the feel of them. Scrambled was basically the only eggs she could really handle eating. She listened to him go on and on about the amazing wonders of toast. "Truly fascinating." she said sarcastically with a teasing smile. "Wait, toast in pudding?" she questioned raising her eyebrows. Now that sounded gross. She wondered what would happen if the world ever ran out of toast. It was unlikely, actually impossible to happen but she could already imagine Addison's reaction. He would probably be in depression or something.
Quidditch, that seemed like another thing that sparked his interest. Much more than the buttered up toasted bread he was consuming. Roxie smiled and nodded in agreement. "I agree 110% We have a kickass quidditch team, end of discussion. No arguement to that accepted." she said with a smirk being her usual competitive self as she always was when it came to Quidditch.

Addison had been friends with Roxanna for a while and they were actually part of a small group, or gang if you will that hung around and caused a lot of trouble for the others. It consisted of himself, Roxanne, Tyson and a ravenclaw seventh year; Adriel Urquhart. It just gave him something else to do besides quidditch, and of course studying which he loathed. Looking up and smiled at his friend and shook his head from side to side, “Queen? You will never be as well known as myself! All the ladies fall at my feet and the guys admire my ability to, hmm, how should I say this? Sleep with everyone and not get settled.” It wasn’t necessarily something to be proud of but Addison didn’t like to commit to someone, for one reason he was still young and two, he was scared of getting played about by a girl.
Toast was amazing. “Extremely amazing, toast should be the president of the United Kingdom.” Addison rose the bread up into the air and pretended to worship it before eating it. Yeah, he was a bit weird but everyone loved someone who was unique, right? Hopefully they did because Addison Thomas was defiantly not a normal boy. He rubbed his chin and smiled gently, “We shall be champions this year, we better anyway, I’m leaving next year and I want to know that Gryffindor won with me on their team.” He chuckled slightly and watched her eating her eggs.
ooc; sorry that it's short.

She smirked as her fellow partner in crime teased her back. Partner in crime, gosh, if anyone found out the trouble she, Addison, Tyson, Adriel, and Darla had been cause she was pretty sure the five of them would be suspended. Roxie definately wanted to avoid such a situation. She could only imagine what her mother would say. But what about her father. Would he approve since he was clearly a pranker in his days? Or would she be in trouble considering she actually got caught. She shook the thought out of her head. She hadn't been caught yet. She was still safe. But maybe if something like that happened it would increase tensions at home. or perhaps Roxie was being a bit arrogant thinking that the quality of her parent's relationship depended on her behaviour.
She gave a laugh and shook her head. "By the sound of it one of these days one of your crazy fangirls is going to kidnap you and tie you to a chair in their closet or under their bed. Then you will be begging the Queen for help." she said teasingly with a small laugh at the thought of such an event. She was positive there wasn't anyone that crazy to do such a thing. For someone more attractive, yes, but Addison wasn't at that level yet. But by the sound of it, he sure got around. Many people thought Roxie did also, but she was more of a flirter, she didn't ever go through with the deed. So yes, she was still a virgin, but why even bother correcting people if they thought otherwise. It didn't matter what they said.
Roxie gave a laugh as Addison prayed to the toast. "I swear, you grow more insane by the second." she said between laughs as a few younger students were giving Addison scared looks. She could just imagine those kids walking the other way when Addison walked towards them. He may be weird but he was still her friend. And being normal was simply boring. Roxie nodded, she hated how the 7th years were graduating this year. She would definately miss Addie. "You better make it count. We are going to suck next year because of you leaving. No one can beat our teamwork of being beaters." Roxie said. It was true. The two have been working together at being beaters for a while and next year she would have to teach some other student the ways of the beater.

Addison was a seventh year prefect and he was in an association that if Hogwarts found out about it, he would get his prefect badge taken away and have a possible threat about his quidditch. Yeah, it didn’t mean a lot to him but he did it because it was a hobby and playing helped pass the time. Hogwarts would definitely be disappointed if they knew that a prefect was running around and pulling pranks on everyone, he’d hate to have his badge taken off of him just because he was having fun with his friends. You could say Addison Thomas was a normal teenage boy, he partied, got drunk, got laid, messed about and pretty much did everything a normal teenage boy did, apart from he was a wizard. A smile spread across his face and he nodded, “I wouldn’t mind being tied up by some crazy fan girl, that’s actually some kinky stuff there Roxie, but seriously if she was fit I definitely wouldn’t mind her tying me up to her bed.” He snickered and winked before biting into his toast again. Yeah, it probably sounded gross that he spoke like that about a girl but seriously, what did you expect from a seventeen year old guy who was in his last year? He wanted parties and girls. All at once would be quite nice actually.
When she mentioned him growing more insane he nodded wildly and grinned, “Would you rather me sit here and be a normal boy? No way, I like being unique.” He finished off his last piece of toast and decided that was his last and he wiped his hands onto his black trousers and leaned her elbow on the table. “Oh yes, our tactical team work specially done for beaters was pretty epic. We are a good team, Gryffindor shall be nothing without Addison Thomas.”

Roxie laughed at his response to her comment about being kidnapped and tied to a bed. It was a typical Addison comment and she saw it coming. It wasn't at all shocking considering how much the boy flirted and how he also had commitment issues. She didn't know what caused these commitment issues or perhaps it was just because he was one of those guys who didn't like to be tied down. She would definately understand that and see where he was coming from. Right now Roxie wasn't interested on getting a boyfriend, she was only interested in herself. At least that was what she tried to convince herself every single day.
"I will keep that in mind next time I see a girl stalking you and watching your every move." she said with a smirk as she finished her last piece of bacon. She was only kidding of course. There was no way she would ever influence anyone to do such a thing. It was way too creepy and stalkerish in her opinion. Even though selling her friend like that would be a good way to get some money. Of course she was kidding about that... well maybe she was.
She nodded as he had a point. "I wasn't complaining. Just making an accurate statement to your mental stability." she said teasingly with a chuckle. But if she thought of it everyone had some sort of insanity haunting them. She believed there was some quote from that Alice in Wonderland muggle movie. Something about the best people being insane. It was true though. Roxie wasn't sure if she and Addi would be this close of friends if he was actually normal and low-key.
Roxie smirked as he mentioned how the team would be nothing without him. "If the team is nothing without you, imagine what a trainwreck it would be without me." she commented being her typical competitive self. This time it was over fake arrogance. Of course she was only joking saying this stuff, she wasn't close to having that big of an ego... yet.

Addison and Roxanne had been friends since she first started at Hogwarts, he had heard of the Weasley’s through his father and Dean would always comment on how good they were at Quidditch, he’d always state how it was like natural talent. It was true though, half the Weasley family had actually got a place on the team, it was only himself and Tyson who weren’t part of the Weasley family. Tyson was captain and he was very good at what he did, which was being a chaser but it was hard to take Tyson seriously when he was trying to give him pointers with him being a beater. Addison always knew how to curve the ball or direct it toward someone and he was pretty sure Roxanne knew how to do that too.
There was a part of him that felt that Slytherin would be competition, after all they were pretty cruel and would always break the rules to win, and injure there players. Last year the Slytherin beater almost kicked him off his broom, but Addison got his revenge with a bludger to the back of his broom, which was cheating but no one ever noticed, hopefully they didn’t. When Roxanne talked about a girl stalking him he laughed and shook his head, he honestly wouldn’t mind being stalked by a girl, only if she was fit.
“May I kindly remind you Miss Weasley that being like everyone else would be very boring, hence why I’ve been blessed with such a unique personality that makes everyone laugh and draws people toward me and my amazing ways.” He was joking, sure he was unique but people definitely didn’t feel drawn to him because of his personality, more so his looks and he did like to think he had the looks, after all he got quite a few girls and no one ever called him ugly, not that he knew of anyway.
The conversation turned toward Quidditch again, “Correction, it would be a train wreck with you,” It was a joke and he was only teasing but he hoped she wouldn’t take it to seriously, he liked to joke about with his friends and never meant to upset anyone.

Roxie smirked. He had a point, him being unique was one of the reasons they were friends. Besides quidditch, pranks, and their family background together. Their friendship was one of those things that was just meant to happen. There was no avoiding it. They were put together in so many activities and hobbies it was like there was a higher force controlling them. Making them be good friends. Their friendship which consisted of bringing the other one down in a teasing manner, Quidditch, and pranking the poor innocent students of Hogwarts. Well Roxie tried to target the ones that had done something to hurt her or her family. Needless to say she had a long list.
"Mhmm whatever you say. That may be true but remember. Denial is the first step to insanity." she said in a sing-song voice as she gave a small laugh. She was almost done with her breakfast. Which was kind of upsetting because that meant she would have to start classes soon. She hated going to class. It was just so boring and learning was such hard work. She would rather explore the grounds or take a nap. Both sounded amazing at the moment. "Honey, reality check, there is a lot more that draws people in instead of your personality." she said with a smirk. She usually called only her good friends honey. And by that statement she meant his physical appearence. She didn't see him in that way but she couldn't deny he was attractive.
She gave an offended laugh at his comment and shook her head. "You're so mean to me." she complained and whined quietly with a small laugh. "You, Addison Thomas, are a bully. I think I am just going to go in the corner over there and cry now." she said teasingly with a small laugh as she pointed to an empty corner. She was kidding of course, it would take a lot more than him to offend her.

The pair were good friends, they had so much in common it was unbelievable and Addison couldn’t believe that he had such an amazing friend. If he was feeling a bit down he could always count on Roxie to cheer him up, no matter what mood he was in they always got along and he was sure that nothing could pull them apart. They were quite a like in a way, both part of families that were involved in the war, on the quidditch team and both were into pranks. It was like they were meant to be good friends, of course Addison had Simon Abercrombie, they were quite a like, same year, both unique and they both had problems with females and would love to sleep with different girls when the mood occurred.
A small sigh escaped his lips and he shook his head, “I am not in denial and I am definitely not insane..” He trailed off and smiled slightly before he brushed the breadcrumbs off his trousers and sat looking at Roxie with his dark brown eyes and a small smile lay on his face. “Well, I am pretty handsome! I don’t blame girls for falling at my feet.” Addison smirked and looked around the great hall.
“Go on then, off to your little corner and cry your unhappy tears.” Addison dismissed her but he was obviously joking, it was all fun and games really neither of them took it seriously.
