hugo weasley this is rose's younger brother, a fifth year ravenclaw to boot.
the personality is obviously up to you, i just wanted hugo and rose to have a close relationship. they were born only 9 months apart, which is why they are still in the same year. i just want a sibling to annoy love dearly.

this character is open to either an existing character or reason to make a new character. simply, it's a love interest for rosie. right now she has this fling going on with scorpius and even though that is her final, that relationship is presently shaky. she's going to need someone to put her attention to and make scorpius jealous. i'm preferring that this be either a fifth or sixth year, but it could go to a seventh.
